Use of the WhatsApp Business Platform

• Our services are built on the WhatsApp Business API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

• We access your messages only to provide the chatbot service you initiated. We do not sell or share your WhatsApp conversations with unauthorized third parties.
• Message content processed via the WhatsApp Business API is not used by Ideien or Meta to train advertising models.
