- WhatsApp conversation history with our chatbots.
- Name, phone number, and contact details associated with your account.
- Preferences and responses you provided during bot interactions.
- Session logs and messaging metadata linked to your number.
- Any files, images, or documents shared during conversations.
How to request deletion
Send us an email
Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include your identifying information
Provide the WhatsApp phone number associated with your interactions, your full name, and if applicable, the name of the business or chatbot you interacted with.
Confirm your identity
We may ask you to verify your identity to protect the security of your data before processing the request.
Receive confirmation
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Write to us directly. We will respond within 30 days with deletion confirmation.

- Some data may be retained due to applicable legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., billing records).
- Data deletion is irreversible. Once processed, we cannot recover the deleted information.
- If you interacted with a chatbot belonging to one of Ideien's business clients, you may also contact that business directly to exercise your rights.
